In 2012, Dr. Michael Tal, Dr. Manuel Meder and Konstantin Tadrowski founded BusyLamp. The company, focused on legal spend and matter management for European in-house counsel, has a mission to provide them with the information and analytics they need.
Now, BusyLamp has joined the Onit family of companies. With this acquisition, Onit has created one of the largest global enterprise legal management conglomerates.
